1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing content, or making a purchase on DDCET PREP, you agree to:
- Comply with all terms and conditions stated herein
- Abide by all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
2. User Account Requirements
2.1 Registration
To access our courses, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information (Full Name, Email, Phone, College Name, Semester)
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
2.2 Single Device Login Policy
🔒 Security Feature: Your account can only be logged in from ONE device at a time. When you log in from a new device, your previous session will be automatically terminated. This prevents unauthorized account sharing and protects your purchase.
2.3 Account Sharing Prohibited
Each account is for individual use only. You may NOT:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Allow multiple people to use your account
- Create multiple accounts for the same person
Violation will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
⚠️ STRICT NO REFUND POLICY - READ CAREFULLY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital content and instant access to study materials, we have a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY.
NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to use the content
- Technical issues on your device
- Not meeting expected results
- Already having similar content from other sources
- Accidental purchase or duplicate purchase
- Course not meeting expectations
- Exam postponed or cancelled

4. CONTENT PROTECTION & COPYRIGHT
4.1 Intellectual Property Rights
All content on DDCET PREP, including but not limited to:
- PDF notes and study materials
- Practice questions and mock tests
- Videos, images, and graphics
- Text, design, and layout
- Software and source code
...is protected by copyright laws and is the exclusive property of DDCET PREP and/or its content creators.
4.2 STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CONTENT SHARING
You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:
- ❌ Downloading, copying, or saving any study materials
- ❌ Taking screenshots or screen recordings of content
- ❌ Sharing PDFs, notes, or any course materials with others
- ❌ Uploading content to file-sharing websites or cloud storage
- ❌ Posting content on social media, WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, etc.
- ❌ Printing or reproducing materials in any form
- ❌ Using content for commercial purposes
- ❌ Distributing test questions or answers
- ❌ Reverse engineering or decompiling our platform
⚖️ LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of our content is a serious violation of copyright laws. We actively monitor for content piracy and will take immediate legal action, including:
- Immediate account termination without refund
- Civil legal action for copyright infringement
- Criminal prosecution under Information Technology Act, 2000
- Claims for damages up to ₹10,00,000 or more
- Permanent ban from all our services
We have zero tolerance for piracy. If you are caught sharing our content, we WILL pursue legal action without warning.
4.3 Permitted Use
You may ONLY:
- ✓ View content online through our secure platform
- ✓ Access purchased courses for personal study
- ✓ Use materials for your own DDCET exam preparation
5. Course Access and Validity
- Course access is provided immediately after successful payment
- Access duration is as specified at the time of purchase
- We reserve the right to modify course content and structure
- We may discontinue courses with prior notice to enrolled students
- Access may be revoked immediately for Terms violations
6. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking
- Prices may change without notice (existing purchases unaffected)
- Transaction fees, if any, are borne by the buyer
- No refunds or chargebacks - disputes will be rejected
7. Platform Usage Rules
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users or staff
- Scrape or extract data from the platform
- Bypass security measures or access restrictions
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide quality content, we do NOT guarantee:
- Passing scores or specific exam results
- College admission or job placement
- Content accuracy (syllabus may change)
- Uninterrupted platform availability
8.2 Limitation of Liability
DDCET PREP shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or opportunity
- Technical issues or platform downtime
- Third-party service failures (payment gateway, hosting)
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:
- For violation of these Terms
- For suspected fraud or illegal activity
- For content sharing or piracy
- For abusive behavior
- At our sole discretion without prior notice
No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
